In 2001, Oregon Custom Sign Group was established as a local sign shop dedicated to serving the Oregon City community. When we acquired it in 2015, our mission was clear: to uphold its integrity while expanding the company while staying rooted in family values, passion, and a commitment to quality. We rebuilt the company’s foundation to align with our personal beliefs and goals, ensuring that everything we do reflects our vision.

From these strong foundations, we’ve grown into a full-service signage provider with the capacity to handle large-scale developments and multi-phase projects, including 500+ unit residential complexes. Our growth has been deliberate and purpose-driven, never compromising the values that make us who we are.

Since assuming leadership of operations in December 2022, she has implemented scalable systems that have significantly improved project management, workflow efficiency, and execution. Her meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics ensure seamless coordination for even the most demanding commercial signage projects. John Graf

With over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, John has been instrumental in shaping our company’s growth and direction in the signage industry. Ray

Lead Designer & Production Manager

Ray’s sign journey started in 2016 working for the city of LA as a production specialist and installer while completing his degree in Graphic Design at Cal Poly. This dual background gives him a unique perspective as a designer who understands the entire process from concept to installation.

Ray’s expertise has been instrumental in developing our capacity to handle complex property developments, ensuring that large-scale projects maintain consistent quality and visual impact. His designs effectively communicate brand identities across multiple building types and locations while meeting the technical requirements of major developments.

Tim

Lead Installer & Production Specialist

Tim joined OC Sign Group in 2019 and quickly became essential to our growth in handling larger projects. His problem-solving abilities and attention to detail have been vital in developing our installation processes for multi-phase developments. Tim’s commitment to quality ensures that even the most complex installations are completed to the highest standards, regardless of project scale.

Tyler

Production & Design Specialist

Tyler brought his design degree from George Fox University to OC Sign Group in 2021. His ability to manage projects from design through production and installation has been valuable in expanding our capabilities for larger developments. Tyler’s artistic abilities and technical skills ensure that our signage solutions maintain their creative integrity while meeting the practical requirements of large-scale implementation.
